At Urban Choice, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order is incomplete or missing an item.
  • The product received is significantly different from its description.

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items without their original packaging where the packaging is required for the return.
  • Clearance or final-sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue, if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be handled through a payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product received from Urban Choice, we may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Urban Choice reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
